Chr. Toumazis Physiotherapy Center of Rehabilitation and Acupuncture was founded in 1977 in Larnaca, Cyprus and has been providing its patients with the best possible care since then. The life long experience, the strong will for innovation and the love for physiotherapy, led to the achievement of a life time vision in establishing the new Chr. Toumazis Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Acupuncture Center, in August 2008, in the Aradipou area in Larnaca. The brand new building includes facilities designed with European standards and is considered to be the biggest and most technologically advanced physiotherapy rehabilitation and acupuncture European centers in Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean region.
Consultics has established its partnership with Toumazis Physiotherapy Center in 2018. As part of the collaboration Consultics is responsible for the business transformation as well as the business growth of the brand though several initiatives. More specifically, Consultics is driving business growth through business development initiatives including partnerships with third parties, marketing strategy and business development opportunities assessment.
Some of the key responsibilities of Consultics is the consulting and management of daily operations improvement, including employees hiring process, research on opportunities for ongoing training, establishing an assessment mechanism of productivity, structured model for employees and customers feedback and engagement. Moreover, Consultics is responsible for elevating the brand through new logo creation, media artwork designs and packaging of the the brand online and offline. Another component of this partnership, is the Social Media Management. Consultics is creating a monthly Social Media schedule including peak dates, timing and content, based on research, data analysis and insights aiming at elevating Toumazis brand through bespoke designs matching the brand identity and vision.
More than 100 artwork designs have been created so far as well as Toumazis re-branding through new loco creation and leveraging of Toumazis Physio Center’s facilities including the creation and promotion of a new business line – Wellness.
