Diversification into the Middle East

OPENBOX (COMMUNICATION)

Objective

The client requested Consultics to assess the business opportunities in the Middle East and more specifically for the State of Qatar as the opportunities there are setting the pace for growth and the brand establishment through the services provided by OpenBox.

Result

Consultics developed the diversification model based on the requirements of the market.

Eleven entities were introduced on formulating the needs of the market. Following the introduction OpenBox pitched presentations to these entities but decided eventually to shift focus on Europe.

Everything was formulated as per the diversification model and requirements to be delivered as per the expectations of the market.
