The Client
Cobalt is a new international airline with its principal place of business in Cyprus. They currently fly to 23 destinations across 13 countries and they are the largest airline from the Republic of Cyprus and the only Cypriot airline with either an IATA membership or an IOSA certification.
The Challenge
Cobalt Aero decided to provide their frequent flyers with a Benefits scheme program aiming at offering them the opportunity to enjoy a range of privileged benefits. Consultics was hired for creating a new generated revenue scheme as well as for creating the pillars and implementing the Elements Project. Consultics was responsible for managing the whole Elements Card procedure – from the first creation steps to the finalization and launch of the card. Some of the responsibilities that Consultics has managed successfully, are the artwork creation-Elements Card, Luggage Tags, Booklet, Elements Package, Advertisements, Booth, etc -, the Operations intelligence and management of the whole Elements Procedure – Elements Staff Training, Orders, Production, Delivery, Website development and many more.
The Concept
The Cobalt Elements Card is a new benefits scheme for Cobalt’s most valuable and loyal customers. Elements members are enjoying various benefits including Priority Check-in and Boarding, Upgrade vouchers, Discounted fares, Extra luggage allowance and more. Elements members receive an Elements Package including their Elements Card, Luggage Tags for recognition at the airport and a Booklet including important information about the Elements program. The Elements Package arrives at members’ door in approximately 14 days.
The Outcome

More benefits and points of sale will be added soon aiming at achieving the maximum of customers’ pleasure. Consultics will continue managing and contributing in the fine-tuning of the Elements procedure.
