A greatly innovative Webinar was held by Consultics in collaboration with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), entitled "Doing Business in the Middle East". Consultics and GMCC, the largest chamber of commerce in the UK, with 4,500 companies as members, have established a strategic partnership for the interests of GMCC members in the Middle East.
As part of the Webinar, the CEO of Consultics, Mr. Stefanos Nicolaou, presented to more than 50 companies - members of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce - the current situation in the Middle East and how it has been affected by the COVID19 pandemic, as well as a new order of things regarding changes in local markets and the business approach in the region.
Joining Mr. Nicolaou, as part of the discussion was the world-renowned speaker Dave Crane, who conveyed the changes in the region and the situation specifically in the United Arab Emirates, where he is located.
Mr. Crane’s addition to the Webinar included his insights for doing business in Dubai and the opportunities in the Middle East. He also spoke about the government in the Middle East and how stable it is, gender balance, educated people, vision, and growth. Also, Mr. Crane covered the topic of recovery in Dubai stating his belief in a faster recovery for Dubai due to its Smart City status.
Mr. Nicolaou also presented the new pioneering platform "Consultics Middle East Platform", which has been created in order to provide business opportunities and information from the Middle East region, acting as the link between the markets of "Western Culture" and the Middle East. The platform has been created as a result of the need for digital adaptation of the company's services after the COVID19 pandemic.
