Electrolysis is an innovative start-up company, awarded a grant from the research and innovation foundation programmes for research, technological development, and innovation “Restart 2016 -2020”, offering integrated consultancy services in matters related to Photovoltaic Stray Current Interference (PVSCI) on critical infrastructure, by delivering dedicated and cost-effective solutions for asset corrosion protection with consciousness to human safety and to the environment.
Consultics is the key business stakeholder in the development of the company, along with respected academic individuals and the University of Cyprus (Technical part). Consultics will contribute to the creation and activation of the company aiming to build a sustainable business plan for the way forward. Consultics’ scope of work includes both the development of the business plan for Electrolysis as well as the marketing plan which includes the -term corporate strategy, Brand Identity development, marketing assets generation, business development process, sales process, and marketing initiatives.
As part of the engagement scope, Consultics works closely with the other Key stakeholders of the newly developed company to deliver:
- The business plan of the company (financial, operational, strategy, marketing, etc.)
- The Corporate strategy
- The Marketing strategy
