This year marks the Legion Run’s seventh year and this year it is coming home to the country where it all began: Cyprus.
For any sports fanatic or for those who like to test their physical and mental boundaries, the Legion Run needs no introduction, but as it needs teamwork here is what you can share with your friends or colleagues to convince them to join in the fun.
The Legion Run is a 5Km obstacle course and if you have done it before, be prepared to overcome the new five obstacles. It is held in different countries around the world. The objective is to go through the mud and water, climb over and go under obstacles, all with the help of others. It won’t be easy, it won’t even be very clean, and you may end up with a few bruises but you will surely have something to talk about for days to come.
The Legion Run is said to be perfect fun for adults, but children can also come along for some of their very own fun at the specially designed kids’ area. They will have their own obstacles to overcome – don’t worry, their challenges are age-appropriate – and a few more surprises to keep them entertained.
After you and your team complete the obstacle course, the day won’t be over, you can then head over to the festival area where the real party begins.
