OpenBox is a successful company set up in 2011 which specializes in Business Model Generation, Boot Camp Training and Talent Management. Its current portfolio includes big companies in Cyprus, US, Europe and the Middle East.
Vision: The vision was to help OpenBox offer its services to the rapidly growing Qatari market and establish the brand within the country.
Strategy: The strategy proposed, revolved around the voice of customer attained through the briefing stage (success factors, diversification criteria and current situation). They were adapted to the local realities of Qatar and formulated using Consultic’s knowhow and network within the region.
What happened: Our proposed approach took under consideration OpenBox’s current financial situation, the current geopolitical status, pre-defined KPI’s, the existing organizational structure, various risks and potential opportunities.
Outcomes: Meetings with high profile companies were arranged and the management of Open Box was able to pitch directly to the decision makers. Open Box will be delivering their first workshops in Qatar in 2016 and start establishing their brand within the country.
